Notes:
I haven't played very far into the game, so I
left the music in the order of the sound test.

Hiroshi Kawaguchi is best known for his Sega
scores After Burner, Out Run, Hang-On and Space
Harrier, but this I feel is his true
masterpiece.

Hiroshi's last name is Kawaguchi or Miyauchi,
depending on before or after he married. He is
otherwise credited as just Hiro.

Now "Name Entry" is a very intriguing piece of
music. I've included two versions. You see, the
track follows an algorithm which tells the
notes to slowly climb the scale forever and
ever. However, after about six minutes, it
reaches the limits of the Genesis' soundchip,
and errors begin to creep in. But this doesn't
stop the machine from trying to climb even
higher! What follows is a disasterous computer
meltdown. And most intriguing of all, after
about 40 minutes the music almost returns to
its normal state, although it still carries
with it some cuts and scratches from its long
trip.

So in order to make a nice playlist, I included
a shorter version. But this 2 hour file gives a
taste of what you hear if you never fill in
your name. Who knows what bizarre noises it
accumulates after days on end!
